Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
Discriminatory language or hate speech

Spam, advertising, or promotional activities
Impersonating instructors, staff, or other users

💼 Commercial Misuse

Reselling or redistributing course content
Using content for commercial training programs
Screen recording or downloading protected content

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of our conduct policies may result in the following actions:

For: Minor violations, first-time offenses

Action: Email warning with specific policy reference

Duration: Warning remains on record for 6 months

Level 2: Temporary Restriction

For: Repeated violations, community disruption

Action: Limited access to forums, chat, or specific features

Duration: 1-7 days depending on severity

Level 3: Account Suspension

For: Serious violations, academic dishonesty

Action: Complete account suspension

Duration: 7-30 days depending on violation

Level 4: Permanent Termination

For: Severe violations, illegal activities, repeated offenses

Action: Permanent account closure and ban

Duration: Permanent (may affect refund eligibility)

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience violations of these conduct policies, please report them through:

All reports are investigated promptly and confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against users who report violations in good faith.
